Xtra Fees
Matted Pets
YOUR PET'S SAFETY IS MY TOP PRIORITY. I WILL DE- MATT ONLY IF YOUR PET ALLOWS IT.
Our normal grooming charges do not include excessive de-matting. There will be an extra charge of $50 for the extra grooming time your pet may require. The extra charge is for the time, patience & expertises needed to perform the de-matting safely. Please note, that I groom humanely, pets that are severely matted will require to be shaved down.
I do not recommend de-matting on elderly dogs or aggressive dogs.
Fleas & Ticks
PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR PET IS UP-TO-DATE WITH THEIR FLEA TREATMENT & COMPLETELY FLEA-FREE BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Our normal grooming charges do not include flea infestations or treatments. If your pet is in need of a flea treatment or fleas are found during the grooming appointment, there will be an extra charge of $50 for the extra grooming time your pet may require. I would also have to deep-clean the grooming space & possibly flea-bomb.

Pick-Up/Drop-Off
Pick-ups/Drop-off charges are NOT included within the price! Pricing depends on travel time from business location to client. Travel times farther than 45 minutes are not accepted! The vehicle is equipped with a hard-bottom seat extender that covers the back seat on all sides providing ample space for your pet to lay down during their ride. I also provide pet seat belts for the rowdy ones that can’t sit still & have dash cameras installed for extra security. Trust that I will keep your pet as safe as I can!
